This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Harlow Payments in Melville, NY. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively seeking out new prospects to effectively present the Credit Card processing program to and convert them to clients. 100% On-Site Monday through Thursday - 9 AM-5 PM Friday - 9 AM- 4 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: $32,000.00-$41,000.00 per year Benefits: • Casual dress • Paid time off Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay Education: • High School (preferred) Experience: • Sales: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: • Social Security number or work visa (preferred) Ability to Commute: • Melville, NY 11747 (required) Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with clients • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset • Fluency in English (US outbound call center, no French required) Compensation: $32,000 – $41,000 yearly
