Harmon Solar offers the best the compensation and benefits package in the business! Nearly every other solar company is only hiring for a 1099 sales position that is 100% commission with zero benefits. The companies that do provide a base pay and benefits do not provide their employees with free healthcare, 401k, and paid vacations. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing solar sales team at Harmon Solar. Harmon Solar was founded in 1975 and we are the longest-running and most successful solar installation company in Arizona. We provide our sales consultants with top-notch training, compensation, and culture. Our goal is to give every employee the tools they need to achieve financial and personal success.

We have a very fun and family-oriented culture. Every Thursday night we have Team Night with fun activities like Top Golf, Go Karts, Karaoke, and more! Our employees have the opportunity to rapidly grow into management and one day could open their own office whether it's here in Arizona or in another state. We also run cash incentives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for our sales consultants.

OTHER:
