Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Roofing Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will primarily be responsible for driving new projects to the Company.

COMPENSATION:

• This is a full-time salary position plus commissions on the sales revenue
• Salary is paid weekly, commissions are paid the week following receipt of revenue
• Sales Representatives are asked to achieve a monthly sales quota
• Sales Representatives shall receive a company phone, desk, computer, mileage reimbursement, and be eligible for future company benefits such as medical, vision, dental, etc.
• By performing the very bare minimum (not including vehicle allowance), entry level Sales Representatives WILL receive $95,000.00 yearly. 
• Employees also enjoy a company lead share option

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers, develop new relationships B2B, and door knock
• Reach agreed upon sales targets monthly
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and completely
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Maintain sales performance standards

• Previous experience in Residential Roofing Sales (Required)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be self motivated and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty

Company Description

Harmony Construction Group is a full service General Contracting firm which specializes in insurance storm restoration projects. To be specific we primarily focus on Residential and Commercial roofing, but we do also work with customers on other aspects of the construction industry. We are located in an 8,000 sf facility in Splendora, TX and we service the Greater Houston Metroplex and surrounding areas. We are not necessarily "storm chasers", but if its close enough to sleep in our own beds, we will look at working remotely. Our support staff's primary responsibility to is make the Sales Staff's job easy and keep them organized. Our goal is to build the highest quality products possible using the best methods available through excellence and attention to detail.
