Responsibilities: • Plan and direct sales team training • Provide coaching, training, and high-level leadership to the team • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves its goals • Meet with the sales team to help in setting individual sales targets • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Meet with the sales team to help in setting individual sales targets • Be a helping hand in assisting specialists in preparing offers • Generate timely sales reports • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies • Manage CRM • Oversee all incoming leads daily ensuring prompt response and connection • Manage On-Call Schedule • Oversee Answering Service • Track pending transactions daily Qualifications: • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Have prior experience in sales • Team leadership ability nurturing a positive and productive culture • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
