Harmony Vineyards is looking for someone who will reach out to new clients and introduce them to our amazing venue. A self motivated, charismatic and dependable individual who is interested in an opportunity to be part of the Harmony team with an opportunity for career growth.

• Procuring new clients to host events with us.

• Identify sales prospects and establish new relationships through outreach

• Sourcing vendors and securing competitive pricing for goods and services

• Preparing the event quotations and budgets

• Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met

• Ensuring that quality client/customer standards are upheld at all times

• Preparation of event contracts

• Scheduling events and coordinating appointments

• Creating and revising plans and layouts for different events

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior event sales experience in hospitality

• Works well under pressure

Salary: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
