    Overview:

    HarpData seeks a razor sharp, personable, experienced Relationship Development Manager to actively seek new sales opportunities by developing strong relationships and generating new business from new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating long-term, trusting relationships and will have experience overseeing a wide portfolio of clients. The RDM will connect with key business executives and stakeholders, prepare sales reports, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Successful candidates will act as a liaison with cross-functional internal teams including engineering, operations, and project management to improve the entire customer experience.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field – or significant equivalent work experience.

    Proven, successful experience as a Relationship Development Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or other relevant roles;

    Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;

    Substantial experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);

    Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

    Experience in IT sales preferred.

    Strong organizational skills and analytical skills;

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail;

    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

    Ability to multitask and juggle multiple account management projects at all times;

    Ability to be pro-active in resolving problems and addressing issues;

    Ability to work independently and as a valued team member.
