    Job Description:

    HarpData’s Senior Project Manager will plan, control, and manage projects to ensure that projects meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations. They oversee project teams and customer and third-party vendor efforts to design, define and implement solutions. The Senior Project Manager will manage and provide guidance to project resources and will work with the client to give a view of not only current status, but also longer-term objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Manages HarpData's portfolio of projects and provides oversight to the project team.

    Develops and implements project management practices, processes, methodologies, and metrics.

    Defines projects, identifies expected outcomes, establishes timelines, and assigns project staff.

    Prepares reports detailing project status and communicates updates to project stakeholders.

    Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    Skilled at building relationships through a client-delivery focus.

    Committed to working as a flexible extension to our clients to earn a place as their trusted advisor.

    Recent, relevant experience working with current project management methodologies including team and resource management, budget development and oversight, project planning, and control and assurance.

    Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project

    Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines.

    Technical Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and project management experience.

    At least 7 years of successful experience in project management. Experience in project management in an IT project environment is preferred.

    Experienced and skilled in the proficient use of MS Office suite including Microsoft Project and other tools (e.g. SharePoint, BigTime, or similar).

    PMP, PRINCE2 or similar professional qualification.
