    Overview:

    The Operations Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of the operations team including managing day-to-day activities, monitoring and aligning resources to ensure that objectives and service levels are achieved, and creating an environment that fosters engagement, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This Office Manager position will lead the planning and prioritization of department initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the company’s overall strategic objectives. Successful candidates will possess strong project management skills and demonstrated experience coaching, developing and managing a high-performing team.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    BA/BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred

    5+ years of operations, project/ program management, consulting, corporate strategy, or related experience

    Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to innovate, make decisions & influence and motivate others to achieve results

    People-management experience with proven history of team-building and employee motivation; 3+ years’ experience preferred

    Experience leading the successful implementation of a strategic operational project from kick-off to completion

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies quickly and efficiently

    Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to effectively multi-task and possess excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills

    Passion for driving innovation, encouraging growth, and striving for constant improvement

    Applications

    Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), specifically Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data from multiple sources

    At least 2 years’ experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool

    Experience with CRM system (Salesforce.com or similar tool)
