    Restaurant Sous Chef - Upscale Casual Restaurant

    Do you have previous experience as a Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume scratch kitchen? Want to join a multi-unit restaurant group that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunity for advancement?

    We have an exceptional opportunity available for a rising star Sous Chef to join a very successful restaurant group, and we want energetic, enthusiastic chefs who want to launch their careers!

    Must-haves:

    • At least 2 years of Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume, scratch-food restaurant
    • Flexibility to work nights & weekends
    • Experience with ordering, inventory, expediting, and managing a busy line
    • Ability to multi-task and work well on a team
