We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional, creative menus for our suites, clubs, and restaurants, in addition to managing operations for all concession stands and carts. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary innovation, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead menu development and culinary innovation, ensuring our offerings exceed client expectations.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to deliver flawless dishes on time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costing to maintain profitability while upholding quality standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, including up to 12 Sous Chefs, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and culinary excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Collaborate closely with event planners and clients to customize menus and execute events seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume sports stadium or arena.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Comfortable in front of a camera and willing to be featured in news and media outlets.
