    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have a culinary degree (CIA, Schoolcraft, OCC, Johnson & Wales, etc.) or ACF apprenticeship
    • Must have Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Kitchen Manager experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or conference / convention centers
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen
