As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our bustling establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.
• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Implementing strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and drive profitability.
• Resolving guest concerns and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced casual dining environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and labor cost control.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
