REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST FARMINGTON HILLS $65- 70,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROCESS WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECK RUNS
PROVIDE TIMELY RESPONSES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL VENDOR INQUIRIES
PREPARE FORM 1099’S
PERFORM MONTHLY ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS FOR BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTS
POST DAILY RENT PAYMENTS
CONTACT TENANTS REGARDING DISCREPANCIES IN PAYMENTS AND PERFORM COLLECTIONS OF OUTSTANDING BALANCES DUE
GENERATE MONTHLY TENANT RENT ROLLS
UPDATE TENANT CHARGES FOR EXECUTED LEGAL DOCUMENTS
CALCULATE MONTHLY BILLINGS FOR TENANTS WHO PAY A PERCENTAGE OF SALES
ASSIST IN EXTERNAL AUDITS
ASSIST WITH PHONE COVERAGE AS NEEDED
QUALIFICATIONS·
ACCOUNTING DEGREE OR 3-5 YEARS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE·
PROFICIENT IN EXCEL
· REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE A PLUS· YARDI SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE A PLUS
