    Job Description

    REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST FARMINGTON HILLS $65- 70,000

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • PROCESS WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECK RUNS

    • PROVIDE TIMELY RESPONSES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL VENDOR INQUIRIES

    • PREPARE FORM 1099’S

    • PERFORM MONTHLY ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS FOR BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTS

    • POST DAILY RENT PAYMENTS

    • CONTACT TENANTS REGARDING DISCREPANCIES IN PAYMENTS AND PERFORM COLLECTIONS OF OUTSTANDING BALANCES DUE

    • GENERATE MONTHLY TENANT RENT ROLLS

    • UPDATE TENANT CHARGES FOR EXECUTED LEGAL DOCUMENTS

    • CALCULATE MONTHLY BILLINGS FOR TENANTS WHO PAY A PERCENTAGE OF SALES

    • ASSIST IN EXTERNAL AUDITS

    • ASSIST WITH PHONE COVERAGE AS NEEDED

    • QUALIFICATIONS·

    • ACCOUNTING DEGREE OR 3-5 YEARS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE·

    • PROFICIENT IN EXCEL

    · REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE A PLUS· YARDI SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE A PLUS
