  • Responsibilities

    We are a successful design-build general contractor in the San Diego area that has been in business for over 40 years.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to and be able to work closely with our subcontractors.

    Responsibilities

    • Reach out to subcontractors for contracts and purchase orders
    • Follow-up daily with subcontractors to obtain any missing documents to ensure timely processing
    • Verify and upload documents to PVault, Procore and LCP Tracker regularly
    • Work closely with project coordinators to ensure payroll logs are updated weekly
    • Accounting and contracts filing regularly
    • Other administrative tasks as needed within the accounting department

    Qualifications

    • 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
    • Construction experience a plus
    • Timberline Sage and Procore experience a plus
    • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Professional demeanor
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite a plus
