SUPERINTENDENT FOR THE LOS ANGELES SCHOOL DISTRICT

Project Description: Design-Bid-Build 4 story, 180,000 GSF cast in place concrete Construction Technology Building at the Los Angeles Trade Tech College. Scope includes lab classrooms, offices, equipment yard, simulation laboratory areas, roof top teaching areas and 4 elevators (one freight to allow forklift travel).

Qualified Candidates must have a minimum ten years' experience as a concrete foreman or superintendent on large scale cast in place concrete projects, preferably with OSHPD or DSA. Individuals must possess strong leadership abilities and be responsible for managing the concrete, rebar, and structural steel placement. Must be prolific in all ACI & CBC requirements as pertaining to cast in place concrete, to verify and enforce all drawings and code references.
