Harper Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator - Labor Compliance for the military project at Tinker Air Force Base located near Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining labor compliance with policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Support labor compliance efforts by providing detailed reporting.
• Monitor compliance standards to ensure company policies are up to date with new laws.
• Identify potential compliance issues and provide solutions within standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of labor compliance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction field.
• Experience interacting with subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Labor Compliance, Davis Bacon Act
• LCP Tracker and Procore knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

• $22.00 to $24.00 hourly pay range
  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
• This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
