Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance • Insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shifts part-time. For the first 3 months, this will be a part-time position Travel requirement: • No travel Work Location: • In-person w/ some remote Responsibilities: • Answering and transferring calls • Coordinate client intake and client updates • File organization and management with case management software • Prepare and send basic correspondence • Manage and sort mail • Assist with filings as needed • Manage attorney calendars for appointments and deadlines • Coordinating medical records and billing requests • Verifying balances and coordinating reductions • Handling pip demands • Coordinate and negotiate medical reductions • Assist with the case payout process Please note that as the Firm continues to refine processes, there may be additional job requirements and responsibilities added to this position. A successful employee should be adaptable and open to taking on new tasks as needed to support the firm’s goals and objectives. Qualifications: • You can juggle tasks and remain highly organized • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer technology • Growth mindset and a desire to learn • Detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to contribute to meetings and suggest improvement areas to the team • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • A “get the job done” mentality • Your middle name is "No Drama" • Organization • RingCentral or similar • Technology Compensation: $45,000 plus bonuses
