Job Description

THIS IS A TOP LEVEL EXECUTIVE POSITION AT A SMALL COMPANY. MBA Required! This position will be second in command running a small family owned company of 25 people. An Excellent Business Acumen is required. This position would work very closely with the President and be involved in all aspects of the business. Must be a leader. This is a full-time, on site commitment. One would likely learn more in a given period about running a business than you would at the vast majority of other positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help oversee and manage all aspects of the business
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings for all departments
• Must be supremely professional and trustworthy
• Must be onsite Monday - Friday from roughly 7:30 - 5:30
• Business Casual Dress
• Negotiate with Vendors
• Measure and evaluate employee performance and give feedback
• Help ensure the profitability of the company
• Go to some tradeshows and visit some customers (travel perhaps 3 - 6 weeks per year)
• Manage Projects and be responsible for seeing them through to successful completion
• Work within the President's strategic plans and goals to move company forward
• Participate in hiring process and disciplinary processes
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA a must
• Have strong Analytical Skills
• Have strong numerical skills
• Be able to motivate
• 7+ Years of Post MBA experience required
• Good computing skills strongly preferred
