Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivating Claims Analyst to become a part of our organization! You will answer phones, research, scan, and analyze and verify documents sent by clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones
- Process claims and prepare for submittal to state - includes data entry, scanning, combining and closing additional accounts, letters to clients
- Research potential accounts
- Correspond with clients (via mail, telephone or e-mail)
- Answer telephone inquiries and return client messages - phone messages and letters must be processed by the close of each business day
- Process accounts and prepare each claim to be sent to state
- Process outgoing mail
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Document verification
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
*ABILITY TO SPEAK AND WRITE SPANISH, AND KNOWLEDGE OF PROBATE AND HOW TO DETERMINE BENEFICIARIES WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS.
