    Job Description

    We are seeking a self-motivating Claims Analyst to become a part of our organization! You will answer phones, research, scan, and analyze and verify documents sent by clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer phones
    • Process claims and prepare for submittal to state - includes data entry, scanning, combining and closing additional accounts, letters to clients
    • Research potential accounts
    • Correspond with clients (via mail, telephone or e-mail)
    • Answer telephone inquiries and return client messages - phone messages and letters must be processed by the close of each business day
    • Process accounts and prepare each claim to be sent to state
    • Process outgoing mail
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience in conflict resolution
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Document verification
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment

    *ABILITY TO SPEAK AND WRITE SPANISH, AND KNOWLEDGE OF PROBATE AND HOW TO DETERMINE BENEFICIARIES WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS.
