The Skills: As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for generating a steady stream of qualified candidates for our clients’ open positions. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Cold calling potential candidates and clients and generating interest.
• Interviewing candidates in order to evaluate their abilities.
• Finding great candidates through the use of social media and networking.
• Staying organized - following up with people you connect with and meet.
• Thinking outside of the box to enable placements at every opportunity.
• Building relationships with Insurance and Financial Services Professionals at all levels of experience (1-25 years).
• Increasing your knowledge of your industry to become an expert.
• Working your absolute hardest.

The Requirements: You absolutely MUST see yourself as the type of person who is persuasive and convincing. This could be anything from direct sales experience to fighting for a nonprofit or social justice issue, to convincing people to join a specific club or fraternity in college. We are looking for future leaders who are able to influence through effective communication. We have an industry-leading commission structure - you can make as much money as you want!
