    Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a growing real estate firm looking for a Recruiter to recruit new agents.

    We are looking for an individual with a burning desire is to build the dominant real estate company in their market. We seek at least 2–3 years of recruiting and/or real estate experience and consistent performance in the top 5 percent of your office.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and dominate market share in our target markets
    • Set and meet goals for appointments, gross and net recruits and profitability
    • Lead the development of associates to minimum average income per associate
    • Achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
    • Communicate our company value and opportunities that will be available with new recruits
    • Achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
    • Build agency to acceptable profitability
    • Recruit sales associates-weekly (interview, select, work with management to hire)
    • Share company value/opportunities with recruits
    • Attend public functions to look for recruits

    Qualifications

    • Positive and proactive attitude

    • Problem-solving skills
    • Recruiting skills are preferred
    • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks
    • Must have at least 3+ years of recruiting and/or direct sales experience with a pattern of proven success in either
