    Job Description

    Team Harry Levine's Personal Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representatives are responsible for being part of team that on-boards and guides our client family's insurance journey! Account Executives receive leads, build relationships, and market & bind insurance products as needed. Personal Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representatives are supported by the service team, but they do get involved in policy rewrites, account reviews, and ensuring that clients' insurance programs evolve with their lives! Personal Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representatives are encouraged to get involved with professional partners like realtors and mortgage brokers, but their primary responsibilities are within the office and to our clientele.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive and action requests for insurance.
    • Review and redesign insurance programs for clients.
    • Assist with service tasks if/when the service team is occupied to ensure the most Effective, Efficient, and Elevated insurance experience.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Florida Insurance Licensure REQUIRED
    • 220 General Lines Agent
    • 2044 Personal Lines Agent
    • 440 Customer Service Representative
    • Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in the Property & Casualty insurance business.
    • Team player attitude.
    • Desire to grow professionally.
    • Enjoy a busy environment with little down time.
