Part Time Position Available: Bookkeeping/Data Entry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Experience Using AppFolio Software

-Proficient in Data Entry

-Previous Bookkeeping Experience

-Property Management Experience Preferred

-Accounts Payable and Receivable

-Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliation

-Maintains Records of Financial Transactions

-Monthly Reports

-General Administration Tasks

-Strong Organizational Skills

-Attention to Detail

-Confidentiality

*Commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week

*Flexible working schedule

*Starting at $35/hr
