Job Description
The operations analyst will study our organizational workflows and processes to recommend and implement changes in order to increase revenue and decrease costs. The ideal candidate will be able to translate data and evaluate operations to develop and advise on new projects to all levels of staff. The operations analyst will also research and compare multiple avenues of workflows, assist in all department analysis, and conduct internal audits.

Education or Experience * Master's degree in operations research or related field preferred.
Interpersonal Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management. * Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. * Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven.
