Fast Growing Real Estate Social Media Marketing Company is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Retention Specialists to communicate with customers and members to increase loyalty and retain our services. Must have social media knowledge (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram), and positive energy.
This role requires significant communication skills to speak with customers over the phone, and quickly devise solutions to questions or problems presented. The right candidate will understand and optimize customer communications to ensure the right volume and messages are reaching customers. You will help drive cross-sell/up-sell initiatives, be the voice of customer and clearly communicate the ideal customer journey, and have a deep understanding of user behavior and how to continually engage and retain different customer segments.
