The MINIMUM criteria for consideration includes:

• 2 plus years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and related due diligence activities;

•  Educational background in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field;

• Capacity for critical thinking and technical writing

PREFERRED candidates will also have experience with:

• Project management and proven ability to lead a team

• Asbestos, natural resources, wetlands, ecological assessment

• Brownfields sites

• Working with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick turnaround, projects.   

• Complex industrial/commercial sites with significant development challenges
