Customer Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring a successful onboarding of new customers as well as opening new accounts
• Present company products and services to new and existing clients
• Contact clientele through phone calls and email
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Respond to customer and client inquiries as well as resolve potential issues
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
