    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be a best-in-class representative of LOL's core functions, it's mission and its values in market
    • Proactively build and grow a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities
    • Meet with and build relationships with senior level decision makers at the client and their agency
    • Understand customer needs and uncover opportunities to develop creative, multi-platform solutions
    • Develop a sales strategy and business plan for generating revenue through premium direct sales to brands and agencies
    • Respond to RFPs and craft strategic annual Upfront partnerships by working closely with LOL's creative, marketing, and production teams
    • Gather marketplace insights to help evolve LOL's product offering and measurement solutions

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
    • A demonstrated track record of building and scaling account lists or regions at a high level
    • Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives
    • Worked across internal and external parties to sell and execute integrated content campaigns
    • Have a strong understanding of the dynamics of the CTV/OTT/AVOD space
    • Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
    • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and their agencies
    • Proven experience in prospecting new clients, generating sales leads and closing the sale
    • Proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding sales goals
    • A self-starter who has the ability to work independently, but also fit into a strong team environment
