Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company that is looking to add a Mechanical Project Engineer to their team. Compensation on this role is $75k - 85k.

Skills you'll need/What you'll do:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in mechanical engineering from a four-year college or university.
- Must have your PE license and Revit experience
- Minimum four years of applicable experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer
- Serve as project engineer with autonomy for project-related tasks and designated client contact
- Develop mechanical engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, and design documents for commercial facilities
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other MEP-specific software for detailed construction designs
- Assist in estimating, pricing, scoping, and marketing strategies for projects
- Select appropriate mechanical and plumbing materials in coordination with architects and code requirements
- Review and revise production plans as needed
- Provide oversight in construction administration, including submittal review and site observations
- Develop and maintain industry relationships and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business
- Ensure adherence to QC/QA procedures and maintain design standards
- Offer technical guidance to mechanical design staff
