Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a construction company that is looking to add a Construction Superintendent to their team! Pay is between 40-60k, more for the right person! 

Skills you need / What you will do

• Drive to construction sites & check on progress 
• Train and supervise the day-to-day construction labor on job sites
• Recruit trade base
• Resource scheduling, field problem reports, service work backlogs
• Completes pre-construction review of CAD prints, estimate detail, and schedule for each assigned house
• Schedule subcontractors and materials suppliers to ensure no "dead runs", just in time deliveries, and to maintain a 130 day or less construction schedule from dig to closing
