Skills you need:

• Experience leading a team of developers
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and push best practices
• Design and develop applications using Visual Studios, TFS, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular
• Work in an agile environment
• Experience working in an enterprise level environment
• Unit Testing or Test Driven Development experience
