Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a local company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Controller to their team. Compensation for this role is up to $90k.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA is highly preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting functions and practices.
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting practices.
- Analyze cash flow and trends.
- Manage risk management plan.
- Review financial statements and provide feedback to program directors.
- Maintain system of controls for monthly closing procedures.
- Assist with budget preparation and presentation.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and pension payments.
- Provide financial education and consultation to staff.
- Coordinate annual audit process.
