Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a local company that is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team. Compensation for this role is $85k - 90k. 

Skills needed:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Accountant.
• Prefer someone who has operational experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and capable of learning a corporate ERP system.

What you'll do: 

• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Prepare operational business summaries
• Analyze performance against plans and standards, key performance indicators
• Provide reports with explanations of budget variances
• Track department spending and support manufacturing analysis
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and data reporting
• Review sales, margins, and operational metrics
• Participate in S&OP meetings and coordinate with other sites
• Support Sox compliance and testing
• Maintain reporting status and analyze inventory levels
• Update standard costs, analyze PPV, and support new product development
• Coordinate with Inventory Analyst on cycle counts and levels
• Support price book updates and job closings
• Assist with TMS Implementation and ad hoc reporting
