Hartwig Staffing is partnered with an awesome, local company looking to add a call center technician to their team!  This is a day shift position, working 12 hour days (4 days on, 3 days off).  

Skills you need:

• Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software
• Being able to get to root issues with customers
• Adaptability and flexibility is a must (this is a new call center team and things will be changes as processes are developed)
