Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst – Reporting and Analysis to their team. Compensation on this role is $18.50 – $23 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and analyze data from internal systems.
• Collaborate with teams to find innovative solutions.
• Automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SQL and other tools to extract and analyze data.
• Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
• 1-3 years of experience or a new associate’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SQL and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong math skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting principles.
