Hartwig Staffing is partnered with an awesome, local company looking to add a tech support representative to their team! There is opportunity for both a day shift or night shift position, working 12 hour days (4 days on, 3 days off).
Skills you need:
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software
- Being able to get to root issues with customers
- Adaptability and flexibility is a must (this is a new call center team and things will be changes as processes are developed)
