Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company that is looking to add a Sales Manager to its team. Compensation in this role is a base of $60-70k plus commissions. 

Skills you'll need/What you'll do: 

• 10 years of experience in a related field or a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 6 years of experience in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a management or lead role.
• 5 or more years of experience in a management role; outside sales management and strategic planning experience.
• 3 years’ experience in communications sales.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Lead an assigned outside sales team to achieve business sales goals.
• Train and coach the performance of outside sales in all markets to ensure corporate sales and retention strategies are followed.
• Work in an office setting with customer visits and sales ride-alongs.
• Develop a professional sales culture and set sales goals.
• Manage team performance to meet revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with other departments for high-quality customer service.
• Control expenses while meeting ambitious sales goals and maximizing product margin. 
• Utilize personal or company cars for occasional travel to customers' locations within the system.
