Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company that is looking to add a Sr. Business Analyst to their team. Compensation for this role is up to $98K per year.

Skills you'll need / What you'll do:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related tech field. An associate's degree is acceptable if you have equivalent years of experience.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; business process design or business consulting.
• Must have experience with Project Management or Agile/Scrum.
• Understand SQL exceptionally well; including writing queries and understanding tables.
• This position will analyze business problems and propose technical solutions.
• Develop workflow solutions and applications to automate and streamline business processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
• Collaborate with other technical teams and business users throughout the development life cycle.
