Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company looking to add a Recruiter to their team. Pay is between $20-24/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to further evaluate candidates and assess their skills and experience
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to hiring managers
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork, and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to attract and hire top talent
