Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company looking to add a Recruiter to their team. Pay is between $20-24/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to further evaluate candidates and assess their skills and experience
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks as needed
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork, and training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to attract and hire top talent
