    Job Description

Job Summary: Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Establish positive and long-term client relationships by conducting regular meetings with clients. * Perform quality inspections at customer locations to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded. * Work closely with Operations to ensure customer expectations are met. * Prepare and lead business review discussions with clients. * Develop and present sales presentations to current clients to demonstrate Harvard's experience and qualifications. * Close new business opportunities with existing client base. * Collaborate in the development of the strategic sales plans initiatives. * Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for region. * Become knowledgeable on current clients in order to renegotiate expiring contracts. * Obtain new business, cultivate existing relationships, and exceed regional sales budget. * Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and regional management activities. * Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends and Harvard services. * Attend conferences and trade shows as required. * Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skill Requirements * Minimum of 5 years industry OR sales/account management experience. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * Proven and documented track record of retaining and expanding existing business. * Must be able to demonstrate a history of competitive wins. * Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills. * Ability to present and influence customer and internal management. * Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
