We are looking to bring on a Virtual Event Producer to support us with corporate training & speaking engagements. We work across corporations, agencies, and non-profits and speak on workplace diversity, equity & inclusion, and conscious career navigation! You would manage the virtual experience so facilitators can focus on speaking and delivering rich content, together we would touch, move & inspire professionals and leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as the primary technical contact during the virtual engagement
- Organizes, prepares, and uploads the event content for the virtual environment
- Escalate issues to management that could adversely impact service provided to the client
- Manage logistics and delivery of real-time global web conference solutions (including webcasts, webinars, and other client pre-recorded presentations)
- Attend and provide live technical support for these web conference events
- Maintain proper knowledge of software and technology used, while suggesting web conference process and workflow improvements
- Provide notes, key observations, and next step action items in a post-event report
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience supporting web conferences (e.g., meetings, webcasts, and webinars)
- Have a working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Hopin, and Pathable
- Have a commitment to excellence and establishes an excellent working relationship, while continuously striving to improve the level of overall service
- Ability to work remotely in a private space with limited disruptions
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure while having a great phone/web presence
- Schedule and manage the dress rehearsal/run-through for the event, making recommendations to client on flow and format best practices
- Excellent written/oral communication skills with a positive mindset
