    Position Overview

    The Member Services Specialist will oversee the entire member lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations. As the front-line support to our customers, they will be responsible for providing best-in-class quality customer service over phone and email. Additionally, the role includes scheduling technicians, data-entry and supporting our Home Manager team's exceptional customer communication.

    What You'll Accomplish

    • Customer Onboarding: Maintain a smooth transition from the sales team to the customers first visit through timely and clear communication.
    • Member Communication: Manage and triage company email communications through our helpdesk system.
      • Resolving inbound communication generated via email, phone text and more
      • Initiating outbound communication for visit reminders, visit summaries and more
    • Schedule Management: Coordinate daily changes to technician, customer and vendor schedules.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of member information and service requests within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
    • Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to address member needs and enhance overall service delivery.

    Who You Are

    • At least 2-3 years of experience experience in customer service or sales is required
    • A background/interest in home maintenance/handyman work is preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills – you love talking to people
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to creatively problem solve
    • Comfortable with technology (Google Apps, Excel, Quickbooks, our proprietary Software)
    • Ability to learn quickly on the job
