Food Truck Line Cook (Seasonal part time & Full time)

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic food truck team. As a Food Truck Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operation of the food truck.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Monitor and manage inventory levels

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and preparing orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food truck setting.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
