    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:

    · Assist in identifying and researching potential leads and prospects within target market segments.

    · Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and networking, to generate leads for the sales team.

    Prospecting and Outreach:

    · Support the inside sales team in conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.

    · Help nurture relationships with leads to qualify and advance them through the sales pipeline.

    Sales Support:

    · Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing CRM data, updating customer records, and preparing sales collateral and presentations.

    · Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, demos, and events.

    Market Research:

    · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights into industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

    · Assist in developing market intelligence reports and identifying opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.

    Customer Engagement:

    · Assist in responding to customer inquiries, requests for information, and product demonstrations.

    · Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide product information, address concerns, and facilitate sales conversations.

    Collaboration:

    · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives.

    · Contribute ideas and insights to support the overall sales strategy and drive business growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.

    Duration: Summer 2024

    Role: Part-time, hourly (20-30 hours per week)
