We are hiring SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS and Architects with FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT experience to work with both our external clients and on internal projects utilizing multiple technology frameworks and programming languages.  In this role, the individual will be accountable as a lead software developer on a small team building new digital products in an Agile development environment.  They will be required to interface with business customers, as well as executive management, client engagement, product management, project management, and cloud infrastructure teams on a daily basis.  He or she must be a leader that is delivery focused and can communicate objectives and approaches with business and technical team members.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• LEAD DEVELOPMENT TEAMS as an active member of a growing team helping define and influence team culture and environment
• DESIGN, DEVELOP, AND IMPLEMENT PRODUCT ROADMAP FEATURES at all levels of the aPPLICATION STACK FROM FRONT-END TO BACK-END  
• Work in a fast-paced, Agile project environment with small, focused teams
• Work with PRODUCT OWNERS AND BUSINESS ANALYSTS TO DEVELOP detailed System Requirements and User Stories
• Work with project management to provide estimates of project costs and timelines
• Identify approaches and technologies to ensure software quality and improve overall team performance
• Develop prototypes for helping the business understand concepts and technical direction

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years experience with WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT working in BOTH CLIENT-SIDE AND SERVER-SIDE FRAMEWORKS
• Strong programming experience with FRONT END LANGUAGES SPECIFICALLY HTML, CSS, AND JAVASCRIPT/TYPESCRIPT
• Expertise working with one or more CLIENT-SIDE JAVASCRIPT FRAMEWORKS SUCH AS ANGULAR OR REACT
• Expertise working with one or more server-side frameworks such as the .NET FRAMEWORK / .NET CORE
• Strong relational databases experience including performance tuning and query optimization using SQL
• Experience working in an AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT process using tools like JIRA AND CONFLUENCE
• Experience with version control tools such as GIT/GITHUB
• Experience with automated deployment and release management tools
• Experience with tools to support TEST CASE MANAGEMENT, UNIT TESTING, AND QA AUTOMATION
• Experience with DEVOPS AND CI/CD TOOLS
• Experience working as a technical lead or managing technical teams
• Team player that can work independently as well as teach others
