We are looking to hire an experienced, energetic _ and driven_ Sales Engineer with a manufacturing background. Base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal staff to compile requirements and develop solutions meeting the needs of stakeholders.
• Provides engineering design and development of new products to meet defined requirements
• Professional and charismatic personality that is highly coachable
• Work with R&D, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure design efficiency and manufacturability and provide technical support as required
• Team-oriented mindset
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Attend sales meetings and industry events to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, financial products, and industry developments

A Bachelor of Science is preferred
Experience in Microsoft Office required
3-5 years of experience in capital equipment/mechanical industry is highly preferred
