Turner Staffing Group is hiring Haul Truck Drivers to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This role is critical to daily production and is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in operating heavy equipment in a mining or quarry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate off-road haul trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport materials such as overburden, ore, and aggregate throughout the site
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections on equipment
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly
• Maintain compliance with all site safety standards and MSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and other operators
• Assist with general site duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating haul trucks in a mining, quarry, or heavy civil environment preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
