Job Overview:

Are you a seasoned sales professional in turf, HVAC, roofing, or windows sales? Seeking an opportunity with a pioneering organization? As a Home Solutions Design Specialist that is HIS Licensed , you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients materialize their dream outdoor spaces and/or updating their home with energy efficient upgrades, while reaping substantial rewards for your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Design Expertise: Provide tailored landscape solutions and/or expert advice for HVAC, roofing, or window installations.
• Product Sales: Promote our premium eco-friendly products, demonstrating their value to customers.
• Creative Visualization: Utilize your creativity to help clients envision their ideal landscapes or home upgrades.

Duties:

• Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
• Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Design personalized landscapes and ensure efficient contract handling.
• Candidates can work from home or office

Ideal Qualifications:

• HIS Licensed is highly preferred
• Fluency in Spanish (Required)
• Prior experience in artificial turf or landscaping preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Organized and able to manage a full calendar.
• Access to reliable transportation.
