Haver & Boecker USA is seeking an experienced Customer Support and Parts Specialist to join our After Sales Team! The Customer Support and Parts Specialist provides technical customer support, prepares quotes and confirms purchase orders for new and existing customers. This role requires previous experience in a technical customer support role in the manufacturing field. Responsibilities: * Consult with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner * Read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings to locate and identify parts to provide customer with optimal solutions * Enter customer orders into SAP * Create purchase requests in SAP * Assist customers with invoicing, inventory and warehouse matters * Manage customer complaints and offer solutions or direct their inquiry to the appropriate contact * Assist in implementing new processes for daily procedures and update items and new businesses in database as required * Maintain an efficient and organized filing system * Conduct customer site visits as needed Your Profile: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Advanced technical understanding * Excellent English communication skills (a second language would be an asset, i.e. Spanish or German) * Advanced Computer skills (MS Office, SAP) * A high level of detail and accuracy * Exceptional organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Outstanding phone etiquette * Service oriented * Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines * Ability to travel Why work for Haver & Boecker USA?
