Job Description
Hawaii Mainland Administrators, LLC ( HMA, LLC ) is seeking a full time CORPORATE ADMIN SUPPORT / RECEPTIONIST for our Corporate Tempe, AZ location. The perspective candidate will need excellent oral and written communications. They should have the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while working in a fast paced atmosphere and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. HCFA and UB claims processing knowledge with excellent data entry and 10-key a must. Knowledge of ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding medical terminology a plus. Hourly position with 401(k), paid Holidays and excellent company paid benefits. EOE

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Recent reception experience; claims experience helpful; dependable/self starter with the ability to multi-task within a team-oriented work environment; proficient with 10-key; organizational and event planning a plus.
JOB PURPOSE:
Supports the company in being the face and voice of HMA in handling visitors and incoming phone calls, faxes and mail. Handles the opening, sorting and distribution of mail as well as the daily scanning of claims. Relies on pre-established guidelines and instructions to enter HCFA, dental and other non-standard claims in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining set performance standards. Responsible for organizing and set-up of internal meetings for perspective clients.
